(2) Networking at fundraising events, local charities, boards, private soirées, etc. (3) Insisting on quality print materials. (4) Producing high-end full-production videos.

3.  At what point did you see the greatest impact of this strategy, and to what do you attribute that success?

We experienced the greatest impact when potential sellers in the marketplace recognized our brand and contacted us, in response to our unique branding and marketing strategies.

4.  In what other ways has Influence Real Estate set itself apart from its competition?

Influence is affiliated with many local charities, boards, clubs, and professional networks. We network with other luxury brands and often receive sponsorship for our exclusive soirées and events.

5.  How has networking impacted your success?

Networking is the core of success as a brokerage. I teach my agents that networking and personal relationships will compound their success throughout their career.
